Q: Can I bring in outside food?
Sorry, we do not allow any outside food other than birthday cake or
cupcakes. We have snacks & drinks available for purchase in our store.

Q: What if I want a later party during a weekday?
Please call our store, we make every effort to extend our hours to meet
your needs.

Q: What if my guests forget socks?
We sell socks for $1.50 a pair and encourage you to write a reminder on
invitations. Socks are mandatory for play area.

Q: Can I bring in balloons?
Yes, you may bring in balloons. We will even blow balloons up for you,
for a small fee.

Q: What if I have to cancel my party?
The $50.00 deposit is non-refundable. We will work with you to
reschedule to another date within 30 days.

Q: Can I bring in goodie bags?
Yes

Q: Can I bring in special decorations?
Yes, we ask that you bring them in at least 48 hours before your party
and we will place them in your room at your party.( We offer 4
additional tokens for each child if you bring in your own themed cups,
plates, napkins)

Q: Can I purchase food for the adults?
Yes, you can add any additional food on your bill. Just let your host
know what you would like. Food is provided in the packages for the
children.
